Tech Decision Makers Study is an annual survey providing insight into the decision making process for B2B technology purchases. It assesses the criteria and sources of influence on senior tech decision makers when making their short list of vendors.

Consumer Influences Study analyses the sources of influence on consumers as they pass through the purchasing life cycle in key B2C product and service categories. The study not only pinpoints the most influential sources, but it also identifies the ‘mavens’ for each category, enabling a targeted approach to spreading word of mouth.
