  • Monitoring online reputation. Over the past year we have developed an analysis tool to track, monitor and report on online conversations and buzz for clients including The Coca-Cola Company and Kellogg's, both with issues-rich situations. Recently we started working with a tourism destination to manage the online sentiment regarding a sensitive crisis situation.
  • Social web strategy development: We assist companies to understand how social media and outreach through their own online assets can build and sustain business value. We can develop a roadmap of activity outlining how they can get involved in conversations around a brand or organisation.
  • Creating branded content: We create and produce rich media content such as video, web content and Facebook sites as part of our aspiration to ensure our messaging offer is channel-neutral. We created video profiles of conference speakers for Digital Now Australia and stylish vox pops to represent data in an engaging format.
  • Creating branded social communities. Recently we have been creating destinations for audiences to connect and be a part of a online brand community, including Tom Tom's Be the Voice of Australia competition and Kellogg's Big Breakfast Pledge. Canon and LG continue to benefit from our Interactive Media Releases and online consumer promotions.
  • Developing corporate social media guidelines. H&K was one of the first agencies in the world to develop this for our own efforts, and have also helped brands such as Sony Ericsson, Powerade, HP and adidas.
