Digital Strategist/Associate Director

Hill & Knowlton is a leading global PR and communications consultancy, advising and implementing strategic communication programs for top-tier organisations across a diverse range of industries.

We have a fantastic and unique opportunity to join our high performing team in the role of Digital Strategist/Associate Director.  You'll be working with great clients and on blue-chip brands, developing and executing integrated campaigns. The primary focus of the client work for this role is on protecting and enhancing corporate reputation and stakeholder relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing digital and social media strategies for client campaigns
  • Leading on execution of digital and social media client campaigns
  • Providing support to develop and grow new digital business
  • Providing strategic digital direction across all practices Overseeing campaign execution and mentoring the team to continue to build digital capability
  • Training and development of digital advocates across our business

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in PR, Digital or Communications agency is preferred
  • Depth of experience in leading the development and execution of digital campaigns particularly around stakeholder engagement Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • You are active in the digital media space yourself, and stay up to date with emerging trends and technological advancements.
  • Ability to present to senior level clients
  • Coaching and mentoring skills

Contracts Register

Hill & Knowlton would like to hear from experienced professionals who are interested in being placed on its register of consultants for contract employment.

Expressions of interest are invited from qualified professionals with public relations expertise in the following: healthcare and pharmaceutical sector; technology sector; consumer marketing; public affairs; financial and corporate communications. We're also keen to hear from professionals with experience in event marketing.

Consultants must have a Bachelor degree (preferably in PR, marketing, communications) or an equivalent proven track record and achievements in the workplace and have a minimum of three years experience in either a consultancy or in-house role.
